Well, it would have been very helpful if you had completed GWEN first about 2 weeks ago so that you could farm raptors outside of Rata Sum (E/A, or ive seen W/Rt, N, Mo/W, Mo/A, etc.)for the special drops. However, I still think it would be in your best interest to do GWEN first so that you can gain ranks in Norn reputation and use Ursan elsewhere. Also, other GWEN PvE only skills are very useful: Pain inverter, Ebon Assassin Support, Mindbender, etc. Most Domain of Anguish groups (in NF) require Ursan for faster runs anyhow. Good Luck.

I would say EotN first, only because you can finish it in 1-1+1/2 days (depending on how much time you have)

i'd suggest NF. sure it takes longer but it is also more challenging than GWEN and (in my opinion) has a better storyline. but really it comes down to personal preference. they both have their pro's and con's (although i feel GWEN has more cons than NF) so either way you'll be geting the good with the bad.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this (I haven't played my ele since before Nightfall), but I believe most of the current ele farming builds require Nightfall skills, so if you're talking about farming you'll probably need to work your way into that campaign first. Check the builds first though, since I'm not 100% confident.

farmwise ild finish GWEN first, Raptors (e/a or e/me) , Glacial Stone(e/me), Glint's(e/me or e/mo) farm in hardmode beats most nf farms i know for a ele.
Just be sure to Unlock Stoneflesh aura in pvp and buy it at kamadan to pull those builds.
On a different note , now that you have NF ild go Sandstorm/terra tank UW if you like obs armor.

GW:EN has Raptors for event items, Glacial Stones, Destroyer Cores, Ursan and dungeons. If farming's your thing, go with GW:EN.
Do as ccrupz suggested and unlock any required skills via PvP - even Zaishen farming with an Ele is a no-brainer.

For pure farming sake GW:EN is the better choice.

EOTN first. You get level 20 heroes right off the bat, and access to most of the best skills at the eotn outpost. That will make NF super easy. Also, the best farms are in EoTN, hands down. If you dont want to wait till you beat both, just do PvP for balth faction to unlock the skills you want, then get tomes.

Ive been making new char's recently and just jumping over to EoTN, grabbing the first few heros (Gwen,Vekk, Ogden) and then trashing anywhere I want.
I prefer NF's story but EoTN for farming definitely.
BTW I only learnt this v.recently after 12mths+ playing (concentrated on just 1-2 chars that didnt have similar skills) but PVP unlocks (via PVP or Zaishen) unlock those skills (non-Elite) for buying from any skill trainer in that campaign. Just thought that might help someone!
